Our Proven Strategy:
We pride ourselves on a high-volume lead generation system. One of our agents successfully closed a remarkable $22 million sale through our leads. Our sustainable lead system is tailored for a select group of agents, as we aim to maintain a small, focused team in Oahu, ideally consisting of only 2-3 agents.

About Amo Realty:
Founded in Boston in 2007, our company has expanded nationally with 13 small offices across various states. We prioritize quality over quantity, ensuring our agents receive personalized support and resources.

Lead Generation:
Our agents benefit from a steady stream of leads, with a minimum of 20+ leads provided each week. These leads are sourced from various platforms, including a significant number of residential buyer leads, primarily from Zillow. While we do offer some seller leads, our focus remains on buyer opportunities.

Commercial Opportunities:
We also provide commercial leads, which primarily consist of leasing opportunities for office spaces, restaurants, retail, and industrial properties, along with larger commercial investment leads.

Training and Support:
We offer training designed for agents with some experience, focusing on technology utilization for client acquisition and effective follow-up strategies through drip campaigns.

Compensation Structure:
Our agents benefit from a competitive commission structure, with a 50/50 split for company leads. Agents' own leads start at a 75% commission for the first three years, with a $5,000 cap system in place. After three years, agents retain 100% of their earnings for their own leads after reaching the cap. There are no desk fees, monthly fees, or transaction fees involved.
