Pineapple Homes is seeking a full-time real estate talent acquisition specialist to identify and recruit promising agents for our organization. Your role will involve outreach, appointment scheduling, and nurturing relationships with agents to encourage them to consider our brokerage.
As a talent acquisition specialist, you will oversee the complete recruitment, retention, and onboarding journey at Pineapple Homes. This encompasses agent outreach, lead generation, interviewing, onboarding, organizing agent events, and evaluating new agents to ensure they align with our culture. You will also assist in planning and facilitating events such as training sessions and workshops.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Focusing on two main objectives: 1. New Agent Recruitment Goals 2. Agent Onboarding & Progression
- Generating leads and engaging with agents to recruit them to Pineapple Homes.
- Establishing and refining procedures and checklists for various business areas, including the recruitment process. Weekly meetings will be held to assess areas for improvement.
- Continuously enhancing our agent onboarding experience.
- Maintaining accountability with the team by tracking agent sign-ups, meetings, and leads.
- Ensuring a positive experience for agents, as our clients are also real estate professionals. Supporting them in achieving their sales objectives through our systems and processes is vital.
- Utilizing social media to create a personal brand presence while promoting Pineapple Homes.
- Taking initiative on projects and seeking support when necessary.
- Leading the development of new systems and ideas.
- Mentoring and training new agents during their onboarding process, including guidance on systems and software.
- Managing your schedule effectively using a calendar to ensure proper time management.
- Meeting agents outside of standard hours as needed while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
- Being open to the evolution of this role, which may include working with a part-time virtual assistant for outreach tasks.
Weekly Responsibilities
Provide updates to the team each week, including:
- The number of new agent interviews conducted.
- Progress of agent onboarding. Identifying who is excelling and who may need additional support.
Monthly Responsibilities
- Setting goals for agent onboarding and events.
Additional Requirements
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license are necessary.
- Compensation includes a base salary of $48,000 annually plus commissions based on successful recruitment of productive agents. Total earnings can range from $60,000 to $90,000 based on performance.

Compensation:
$48,000 - $90,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering presentations on recruitment strategies and successes
- Identifying and recruiting new agents through various communication methods to support business growth
- Posting job openings on major job boards to attract strong candidates
- Establishing a scalable vetting process for new candidates to ensure they meet our standards
- Managing the hiring process, coordinating interviews, and providing recommendations to hiring managers based on cultural fit
- Following up with candidates who are not selected
Qualifications:
- At least two years of experience in real estate recruitment, inside sales, or a related field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with online job posting platforms
- A college degree is required
