This position requires a legal professional with substantial experience in commercial and residential real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, financings, leasing, and joint ventures. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a deep understanding of legal aspects surrounding real estate law.

This position requires security clearance and is based onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate with the highest level of professionalism and adherence to legal and industry guidelines, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Handle and manage all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, financing, leasing, and joint venture agreements.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, operating agreements, and related documents to ensure accuracy and protection of client interests.
  • Provide legal advice and support on the structure of real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with state and federal real estate laws and regulations.
  • Advise management and employees on real estate development, land use, zoning, and related regulatory matters.
  • Represent internal clients in real estate disputes, mediations, and, if necessary, litigation.
  • Ensure timely review of title and survey matters and coordinate with title companies, lenders, and third-party stakeholders as needed.
  • Assist in the due diligence process by reviewing property agreements, environmental reports, leases, and other key documents.
  • Manage and close high-value transactions efficiently and with the highest level of professionalism.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including the brokerage and real estate management departments, to ensure legal alignment and operational success.
