Role Description

At Home Hawaii is seeking a Real Estate Sales & Property Management Assistant for a full-time, on-site position in Honolulu, HI. The assistant will assist in the day-to-day operations of the company, working with Property Managers and Real Estate Agents to help manage & market properties, maintain positive tenant relations, collect rent payments, and execute rental agreements for properties. The real estate assistant will also be responsible for managing and responding to incoming inquiries and would be responsible for keeping necessary paperwork organized for preparing lease agreements, tenant move-outs and sales related transaction management.


Qualifications

  • Prior experience in real estate, property management or any documentation preparation/management would be a plus.
  • A Real Estate license is preferred but not necessary, but an employee who wants to earn one is required.
  • Ability to manage paperwork and organization skills to assist the senior property manager and broker of the company.
  • Effective communication, people and writing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Comfortable with basic math and financial concepts to calculate rent and handling some simple bookkeeping and task entries.
  • College degree or working towards one is preferred, or relevant work experience will suffice.
