Work Schedule:
Our sales office operates seven days a week. Your workday will commence between 7:30 AM and 7:45 AM and will conclude upon the completion of client interactions. A five-day work schedule will be assigned post-training, based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with prospective owners and present luxury vacation offerings, enabling them to create lasting vacation memories.
• Foster a positive team atmosphere and uphold HGV's core values and policies.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance Managers to address guest-related concerns as they arise.
• Participate in sales training and meetings to stay updated on company offerings.
• Generate referral leads with each new customer interaction.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:
- A minimum of one year of sales and customer service experience with a proven ability to close sales.
- Capability to obtain an active Hawaii Real Estate License.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Aptitude for resolving complex customer service issues and adapting to a dynamic environment.
- Ability to meet all compensation plan objectives.
- Fluency in Japanese (reading/writing/speaking) and proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in selling or marketing luxury goods or services, or experience in selling branded Timeshare or Vacation Ownership products.
• Current holder of a Hawaii Real Estate license.
