Job Title: Senior Muse (Supervisor)

At Tapestry, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Muse (Supervisor) to join our team. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular communication and personalized service
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and brand aesthetic to effectively communicate with clients and team members
  • Ensure store presentation standards are met and maintained, including visual merchandising and inventory management
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Available to work store schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift boxes up to 40 pounds
