Job Description

Daikin Applied is seeking a highly skilled Regional Parts Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for growing revenues and delivering profits by managing assigned existing and future sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue growth through effective channel management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, Daikin Service and Parts offices, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to add distribution to fill gaps and grow sales.
  • Utilize social media and e-commerce to develop and grow the parts business within assigned territory.
  • Forecast sales and report results, including revenues, profits, and expenses by customer and by line of business.
  • Manage sales growth through information communication, assisting distributors through strong relationships, and setting distributor quotas and creating business plans.
  • Audit and coach on site, including best practices for stock rotation, hiring and training, inside and outside sales, and reach to the installed base of Daikin Applied equipment.
  • Effectively communicate and promote Daikin Applied products and services.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of related experience.
  • Experience with multiple channel distribution selling and social media and e-commerce.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
