Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

LegalMatch is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and success in our sales team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving monthly revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the growth and performance of the sales team, including recruiting, training, and coaching
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with the VP of Membership to set sales targets and develop business plans
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of sales success in a goal-based environment
  • Ability to generate personal production and lead a team to achieve sales goals
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience in managing a sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, and experience with sales analytics tools
