Reports to: Operations Manager

We specialize in the production of LDPE High Pressure Piping, Pressure Vessels, Standard Piping, Syngas Burners, and Process Skids, offering comprehensive Manual and CNC Machining services tailored for the Petrochemical Sector.
Role Summary:
We are seeking a proficient Manufacturing Operations Planner to manage our production activities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards. This position involves coordinating production timelines, overseeing personnel, and collaborating with multiple departments to fulfill client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Oversee material takeoffs, production methodologies, and time assessments.
- Production Scheduling: Streamline labor and resources for cost-effective and efficient manufacturing.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and procurement teams to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and guide production personnel, cultivating a positive workplace atmosphere.
- Process Improvement: Propose and implement operational enhancements to elevate quality and minimize expenses.
- Progress Monitoring: Supervise production flow, work orders, and material consumption utilizing E9 data.
- Task Allocation: Distribute daily job responsibilities to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Machining Knowledge: In-depth understanding of precision machining, material characteristics, and machining techniques, preferably from a job shop environment.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office; advanced Excel skills are advantageous.
- Flexibility: Capability to adapt to shifting priorities and demands.
