Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership: Directly oversee the manufacturing team and collaborate with various functions to implement business processes.
  • Production Management: Oversee daily operations of the organization, ensuring that all products are manufactured to specification and meet the highest quality standards.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and maintain performance metrics, implement improvements, and drive operational excellence.
  • Financial Management: Develop and maintain budgets for all areas of responsibility, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Maintenance and Development: Maintain manufacturing operations, including machinery, fabrications, and assembly, and develop capacities plans to ensure proper personnel levels.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain all work areas, eliminate safety hazards, and implement and maintain environmental, fire, and safety procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial engineering.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience as an Operations Manager in a manufacturing setting, with assembly experience and proven experience in manufacturing operations management.
  • Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
