- Develop and manage budgets across all operational areas.
- Maintain oversight of manufacturing equipment, fabrication processes, and assembly lines.
- Create and implement capacity plans, ensuring adequate staffing levels.
- Ensure the upkeep of facilities and equipment.
- Organize workflow, providing direction and instruction to all manufacturing personnel.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, proactively addressing potential hazards.
- Implement and uphold environmental, fire, and safety protocols in accordance with corporate and regulatory standards.
- Foster a positive workplace culture, enhancing team morale and discipline.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years in a manufacturing operations management role.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Demonstrated expertise in managing manufacturing operations, ideally within a comparable sector.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal abilities, capable of inspiring teams and achieving results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies.
- Experience with inventory management systems and ERP software.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to thrive under pressure and adapt to dynamic priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing large assembly operations.
