We are in search of a committed and seasoned Production Operations Manager. Compensation: Approximately $100K

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes, optimizing workflows and boosting productivity.
- Develop team skills through effective recruitment, training, and development strategies.
- Efficiently manage projects, ensuring robust communication across teams, including CNC machinists, Inspection, and Leadership.
- Utilize CNC programming expertise to support and refine manufacturing operations.
- Oversee and guide a team of over 20 manufacturing personnel, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Contribute to a stable and positive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing process enhancement.
- Proficient in programming 2-axis and 3-axis CNC lathes.
- Extensive experience in lathe machining, including tool and insert selection.
- Able to manage, train, and develop current machinists while recruiting new talent as necessary.
- Assess machinist performance to ensure efficient job processing.
- Assist management in implementing lean manufacturing methodologies.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated history of tenure in previous positions.
- Strong project management capabilities with an emphasis on communication and teamwork.
- Proficient in CNC programming.
- Experience with ERP software is beneficial.
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, facilitating effective collaboration across various departments.
- CAD/CAM experience is advantageous.
- Experience in machining thin-walled components from nickel materials is a plus.
- Familiarity with Global Shop or other ERP systems is preferred.
