H2H Blinds is seeking a dedicated Field Operations Support Coordinator to provide vital administrative assistance to our Field Operations team. This role is essential for maintaining smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Assistance: Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the Regional Field Operations Manager and Field Support Specialists, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports.
  • Documentation Management: Organize and maintain all documentation related to field operations, ensuring that records such as installation logs and maintenance reports are current and accessible.
  • Communication Facilitation: Serve as the main point of contact for all communications related to field operations, ensuring seamless interaction between the field team and other departments.
  • Fleet Management: Aid in the oversight of fleet vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Inventory Oversight: Manage the inventory of tools and supplies necessary for installations, ensuring timely ordering to avoid shortages.
  • Recruitment and Training Coordination: Assist in recruiting and organizing training sessions for new and existing staff, maintaining certification records to ensure compliance.
  • Jobsite Coordination: Support the scheduling and confirmation of job readiness with relevant teams prior to installations.
  • Safety Compliance: Help ensure adherence to safety policies and coordinate necessary training sessions.
  • Special Projects: Undertake additional projects as assigned to enhance the efficiency of field operations.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • Experience in the construction or installation sector is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with database management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving abilities.
