As a Physician Practice Coordinator - Heart Failure Clinic, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics, working closely with hospital leadership to maintain clinical quality, financial viability, and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Northside Hospital Leadership to develop and implement operational strategies for the Physician Practice.
- Supervise day-to-day operations and manage a team of employees to achieve departmental goals.
- Coordinate all practice services, including patient access, scheduling, pre-authorization, chart management, and nursing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with departmental operational through-put goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a business, nursing, or healthcare-related field.
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities, coordinate multiple activities, and make clinical and managerial decisions.
- Advanced problem-solving and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- RN licensure required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Experience in physician practice or ambulatory care setting management.
- Computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including electronic medical record implementation and maintenance.
