We are currently seeking empathetic and committed Licensed Practical Nurses to become part of our team in New Jersey. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering care and services to patients as required. A valid LPN License in the state of New Jersey is essential for consideration.

This role involves working from 7PM to 8AM, focusing on one-on-one patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide care for patients in their designated locations.
  • Assist with daily living activities.
  • Adhere to care plans and ensure the highest quality of care.
  • Document medical information as necessary.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Maintain communication with patients and their families.

Qualifications:

  • Current LPN License in New Jersey.
  • Previous experience in hospice care is advantageous.
  • Valid Driver's License with Auto Insurance.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
