Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate with all stakeholders, both internally and externally, ensuring proper documentation of health records.
  • Prepare daily schedules for team meetings.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with strong organizational skills and proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office).
  • Graduation from a medical secretary program is preferred; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), a professional demeanor, and strong problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care plans is crucial for this position.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
