Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with all stakeholders, both internally and externally, ensuring proper documentation of health records.
- Prepare daily schedules for team meetings.
- Act as a liaison among clinical departments, patients, and external agencies to maintain continuity of care.
- Monitor and coordinate the completion of necessary forms.

Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with strong organizational skills and proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office).
- Graduation from a medical secretary program is preferred; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), a professional demeanor, and strong problem-solving abilities are essential.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care plans is crucial for this position.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
