Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all facets of the department's game night signage execution requirements, while also assisting in presentation materials, contract management, partner digital initiatives, and inventory oversight to support the development and maintenance of strategic business partnerships that directly influence renewal and revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the Activation and Sales Teams to foster a positive departmental culture, focusing on relationships, revenue generation, and rewards for our colleagues and clients throughout Kroenke Sports Enterprises.

Key Tasks:

  • Develop, manage, and sustain inventory execution grids for sporting events and concerts. These grids encompass digital arena displays, dasher boards, on-ice/in-field logos, courtside signage, and Stadium Vision.
  • Assist the PMMS Activation Team in executing contracted social and digital campaigns by acting as a liaison between the PMMS and Digital departments, while tracking progress, generating reports, and managing expectations.
  • Support Revenue Managers in monitoring all sponsorship inventory through KORE CRM for various teams and events.
  • Maintain department sales and recap materials through Sportsdigita inventory and Partnership Playbook slides, serving as a reference for asset specifications and deadlines.
  • Compile end-of-season recap reports for all clients, detailing building signage elements.
  • Coordinate with representatives from various leagues to ensure specifications and elements are current and that league contracts are fulfilled.
  • Assist the Activation and Sales Teams with various account components as necessary.
  • Support the Strategy Team in developing platforms and packages for new sales opportunities as required.
  • Fulfill game day responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum:
    1. One to three years of experience in the sports/entertainment sector.
    2. Valid Driver's License.
  • Preferred:
    1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in Business, Sports Marketing, or Sports Management.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Demonstrated abilities in multi-tasking, strategic thinking, strong organizational skills, collaboration, and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
  • Familiarity with Sportsdigita & KORE-CRM is preferred.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $18.50/hr. + Overtime
  • Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus plan.
