Position: Temporary Marketing Operations Specialist

Location: Denver Tech Center

Employment Type: Temporary, Full-Time

Contract Duration: 4 months, with potential for extension or transition to a permanent role.

Compensation: $25-27/hour

Position Summary: Lakeshore Talent is in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Temporary Marketing Operations Specialist to support our client's marketing initiatives. This role will play a vital part in implementing the marketing strategy, ensuring efficient execution of marketing campaigns designed to engage the target demographic while adhering to budget constraints. Collaboration with the sales team is essential to drive community-focused marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Event Coordination Assistance (25%)
  • Support the planning and execution of events, including vendor management.
  1. Community Signage Management and Model Home Inspections (25%)
  • Oversee the installation and upkeep of community signage and perform regular inspections of model homes.
  1. Marketing Calendar Management and Administrative Tasks (15%)
  • Develop and maintain the quarterly marketing calendar, generate weekly marketing reports, and assist with administrative tasks related to agency submissions.
  1. Marketing Department Accounts Payable (15%)
  • Handle accounts payable processes specific to the marketing division.
  1. MLS and Inventory Management (10%)
  • Update the MLS database and provide weekly inventory reports to real estate professionals.
  1. Traffic Analysis and Marketing Material Oversight (10%)
  • Compile traffic analysis reports and manage marketing materials, including website content updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience is necessary.
  • At least 2 years of prior experience in advertising is preferred.

Essential Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level or higher) and Adobe software.
  • Willingness to work occasional weekends for events and functions.
  • A strong sense of urgency and ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Consistently meets deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
