  • Collaborate with project managers to determine manpower levels and arrange for assignment of project personnel.

  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Document and assist with estimating and monitoring all out-of-scope/change-order instances.
  • Identify potential problems, work interferences, and schedule difficulties.
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
  • Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
  • Analyze and resolve issues, providing technical support and solutions as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field and/or 3-5 years of experience in underground pipeline construction or a related industry.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate and mitigate issues.

Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards related to pipeline construction.
