We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team at Penn Power Group. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect for new leads and implement cold outreach campaigns to identify potential customers.
- Qualify potential customers and nurture existing customer relationships to drive sales growth.
- Forecast sales activities for the assigned territory using our CRM platform.
- Utilize outbound calling and face-to-face visits to win new business and increase customer loyalty and retention.
- Identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities and work with leadership to achieve corporate business objectives.
- 3+ years of outside industrial B2B sales experience in power generation and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM such as Microsoft Dynamics or HubSpot.
- Must have new business development experience handling the full sales cycle.
- Ability to work mainly remotely (80% local, home at night) to visit customers as needed.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Competitive salary ($65,000 - $80,000/year) with unlimited earning/commission potential.
