CXtec is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential clients and markets
  • Generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results
Requirements:
  • Associate degree or at least two years of sales experience in a quota-bearing position and/or appointment setting experience
  • Must be coachable and able to apply new concepts quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
