Job Overview

Community Services of America, CSA is seeking a highly skilled Outside Sales Representative to manage a personal territory and build client relationships in small American towns. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to travel up to three/four nights per week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet targets, maintaining accurate sales records, and collaborating with internal teams for customer support. They will also be expected to respect the company in an honest and ethical manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven 5-10 years of inside/outside sales success or comparable experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
