Help Desk Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Technical Assistance Engineer to join our team at DP Solutions. This role involves providing expert technical support and solutions to customers.
Responsibilities- Solve complex technical issues by analyzing customer complaints and developing efficient resolutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
- Develop comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing staff members.
- Foster strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Minimum of 5 years of technical experience as a Help Desk Service Engineer or System Administrator.
- Expertise in Microsoft-related technologies, including Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, etc.
- Strong understanding of network architecture, security protocols, and system administration principles.
- Effective leadership and management skills to lead cross-functional teams.
