Key Responsibilities
- Offer technical support to clients utilizing our remote monitoring and management (RMM) and professional services automation (PSA) tools through various communication channels.
- Employ effective communication skills to ensure clients feel at ease with their technology.
- Collaborate with team members to guarantee the highest quality experience for end-users.
- Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, establish daily objectives, and adapt quickly to urgent situations.
- Set up new technology for the organization, including software, applications, hardware, and operating systems.
- Conduct security assessments on all systems to safeguard against cybersecurity threats.
- Respond swiftly to technical issues to facilitate problem resolution and maintain employee productivity.
- Manage the creation of new user accounts, work email addresses, and access permissions for new hires to ensure they have the necessary tools for success.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in creating comprehensive documentation for all support tickets and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ability to clarify complex subjects when assisting clients.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a strong commitment to organizational success.
- Competent in communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. is mandatory; an associate's degree in information technology or computer science is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional IT environment.
