Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Coordinated Care Services Inc. (CCSI). As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including managing office operations, coordinating logistics, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Coordinate logistics, including scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Maintain accurate records, including filing documents, updating databases, and tracking inventory.
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including preparing reports, creating presentations, and conducting research.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree from a 2-year college or technical school and 4 years of work experience or equivalent education and work experience.
  • Satisfactory completion of all required background screenings.
