Guest Services Associate

Position Summary:
Welcome and assist visitors in selecting from the array of offerings available at Loon Mountain. Acquire in-depth knowledge of Loon's amenities, special offers, and operational hours to ensure accurate information is provided to all patrons. Contribute positively to a safe and tidy atmosphere for all guests throughout the Loon Mountain Resort. Deliver exceptional customer service while taking responsibility for guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Gain a thorough understanding of Loon Mountain's offerings, including pricing structures, available discounts, promotional events, complimentary services, and activities.
Welcome guests and promptly assess their individual requirements, directing them to the appropriate locations: Sign-in stations, Snowsports Desk, Children's Center, or New England Disabled Sports.
Provide clear directions and anticipate guest inquiries. Support guests throughout the sign-in process.
Maintain a cheerful and approachable demeanor in all interactions.
Participate in daily safety and service briefings.
Distribute trail maps, informational brochures, and relevant contact details.
Promote a secure recreational environment by educating visitors about the principles of responsible recreation.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent educational background; or one to three months of relevant experience and/or training; or a suitable combination of education and experience.
