POSITION SUMMARY:


As a
Guest Services Representative, you will warmly welcome and assist guests, ensuring their experience is both pleasant and memorable, thereby achieving the highest standards of guest satisfaction.


YOUR ROLE INCLUDES:

• Providing a friendly and sincere greeting to all guests upon arrival.

• Utilizing a clear and positive communication style, attentively listening to guest requests, responding appropriately, and offering accurate information regarding services and local attractions.


• Managing the check-in process by accurately entering and retrieving guest information in our system, confirming details such as guest count and room rates.

• Assigning rooms based on guest preferences and needs, coding electronic keys, and confirming room details discreetly.
• Distributing welcome packages that include room keys, promotional materials, and refreshment center access as necessary.

• Processing credit card transactions for authorization through electronic methods, handling cash transactions, and balancing an assigned cash drawer.
• Accepting various payment forms, including vouchers and travelers checks, and converting foreign currency at the current exchange rates.

• Promptly answering phone calls with a positive tone, logging messages into the system, and relaying information to guests as needed.
• Collecting and distributing mail, packages, and faxes for guests upon request.
• Finalizing guest accounts during check-out and ensuring overall satisfaction.
• Addressing any guest concerns by conducting thorough investigations to find effective solutions and negotiating satisfactory outcomes.
• Listening attentively and providing assistance to resolve issues such as pricing discrepancies or comfort concerns.
• Maintaining composure and alertness during busy periods and emergency situations.
• Planning and executing detailed actions using sound judgment and discretion.


• Collaborating with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food and Beverage teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

• Adhering to attendance policies and being available for scheduled shifts.
