We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Project Engineer to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all phases of civil engineering projects, from planning and design to execution and close-out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to project teams, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers and project staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure the team meets project milestones and deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities and prepare regular progress reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • Demonstrated 4+ years of experience within the civil design industry with a focus on structural bridge design and proven track-record of leading and managing complex projects.
  • Strong technical expertise in engineering principles, construction methods, and project management.
  • Experience with risk management, budgeting, cost control, relevant industry regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Proficiency with Auto CAD and Civil 3D.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
