About the Role

Patricio Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer to join our team as a SAP SuccessFactors Systems SME. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for hosting and supporting our SAP SuccessFactors system in the cloud, as well as developing strategies, monitoring executions, and advising on solutions and implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • SAP SuccessFactors SME: Serve as the subject matter expert for our SAP SuccessFactors system, providing guidance and support to our team.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with our team to develop strategies for implementing and supporting our SAP SuccessFactors system.
  • System Monitoring and Execution: Monitor the performance of our SAP SuccessFactors system and execute plans to ensure optimal performance.
  • Solution Development: Develop and implement solutions to improve the functionality and efficiency of our SAP SuccessFactors system.
  • System Architecture: Provide guidance on system architecture and recommend solutions in alignment with systems engineering best practices.
  • Operations Improvement: Conduct systems analysis and recommend changes to policies and procedures to improve operations.
  • Requirement Analysis: Conduct requirement analysis, conduct interviews with stakeholders, and document functional and technical requirements.
  • System Design and Configuration: Conduct system design and configuration on SAP SuccessFactors modules, customize forms and workflows, and test interfaces.
  • Integration and Testing: Investigate and configure integrations with other government and third-party systems, conduct unit testing of configurations, integration testing with other systems, and support User acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Data Migration: Conduct data migration as necessary, extract data from legacy systems, cleanse and transform data, and load data into SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Training and Support: Develop training materials, conduct end-user training sessions, and prepare system documentation. Provide customer support and respond to helpdesk tickets.
  • System Deployment: Support system deployment with go-live preparation and post-implementation support.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in supporting and leading SAP solutions with a focus in SuccessFactors preferred.
  • Leadership: Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in leading, planning, executing, and monitoring tasks.
  • Certification: Possess professional certification in at least ONE of SAP SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central, Performance & Goal Management, Compensations, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning and Succession.
  • Implementation Experience: Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in implementing configurations for SAP SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central, Performance & Goal Management, Compensations, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning and Succession.
  • Integration Knowledge: Knowledge of integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other SAP modules or third-party systems.
  • Communication Skills: Have excellent communication skills (Verbally and Written).
  • Analysis Skills: Have a basic understanding for conducting software analysis and providing changes or recommendations within policies and procedures.
