Job Title: Associate Director, Business Development

At Inotiv, we are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Business Development to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a geographic territory-based field sales strategy to meet sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and qualify leads through company-led marketing efforts or self-initiated prospecting activities
  • Participate in targeted networking events to build relationships with clients and prospects
  • Uncover relevant discovery and development opportunities and provide Inotiv's collective solutions and expertise
  • Develop and provide proposals to facilitate contract awards
  • Coordinate internal project teams to support client requests and anticipated needs
Requirements:
  • BS/BA/MS degree in a related science or business subject
  • Field sales experience in the CRO industry or related sector
  • Highly developed communication skills, including written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently with good organizational skills
  • High degree of self-motivation and professionalism
