Business Development Director

At Inotiv, we are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Business Development to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a geographic territory-based field sales strategy to meet sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and qualify leads through company-led marketing efforts or self-initiated prospecting activities
- Participate in targeted networking events to build relationships with clients and prospects
- Uncover relevant discovery and development opportunities and provide Inotiv's collective solutions and expertise
- Develop and provide proposals to facilitate contract awards
- Coordinate internal project teams to support client requests and anticipated needs
- BS/BA/MS degree in a related science or business subject
- Field sales experience in the CRO industry or related sector
- Highly developed communication skills, including written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently with good organizational skills
- High degree of self-motivation and professionalism
- Competitive salary range of $100,000 to $150,000
