Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective business growth strategies to increase census and quality mix.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective patients, physicians, and healthcare professionals to promote our services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business growth initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Healthcare, or a related business field.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience in the healthcare industry, targeting physicians, hospitals, and case managers.
- Proven track record of developing referrals and building a local referral network.
