Our expertise encompasses durable and efficient case and tray handling systems, supported by a global network and multilingual technical assistance.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist Lantech Distributor Partners, External Sales Teams, and end users by delivering insights on equipment functionalities and solutions tailored for packaging needs.
  • Prepare quotes for semi-automatic and automatic machinery, oversee order processing, and track team performance metrics.
  • Guide distributor representatives and ensure superior customer service through effective communication and resolution of issues.

Qualifications We Seek:

  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong follow-up capabilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating patience and understanding.
  • Proven ability to solve problems and articulate technical information clearly.
  • Experience in a dynamic environment, adept at multitasking and managing time efficiently.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma is mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

  • 5-8 years of experience in inside sales or customer service is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with equipment application evaluation and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of Lantech Equipment and WinMan software is a plus.
