Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Customer Support Specialist to join our team at CornerStone Staffing. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for all callers.
  • Offer precise information and guidance to callers.
  • Facilitate prescription refills and coordinate shipments for patients or healthcare providers.
  • Address and resolve the needs of callers effectively.
  • Ensure appropriate follow-up and outline next steps for callers.
  • Exhibit flexibility in work scheduling.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a pharmacy call center environment is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a customer service role.
  • Pharmacy Technician License must be obtained within the first month of employment at the candidate's expense.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Typing speed of 35 words per minute or higher.
  • Willingness to undergo cross-training.
  • Consistent attendance is crucial.
