Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming calls with outstanding customer service, emphasizing compassionate care.
- Schedule new, returning, and referral appointments accurately, or transfer calls to advanced agents as needed.
- Utilize access center technologies to maintain compliance with physicians' scheduling templates.
- Monitor scheduling documents to ensure adherence to guidelines.
- Identify appropriate physicians for referrals.
- Manage patient rescheduling and field non-clinical inquiries.
- Set clear expectations for patient visits to enhance their experience.
- Contact patients to reschedule appointments when necessary.
- Utilize various systems, including Allscripts and Centricity Business, to retrieve and manage patient information.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Meet productivity and quality standards set by the group.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
