IST Management is in search of a dedicated Hospitality and Reception Services Coordinator to enhance our professional environment. This role focuses on delivering exceptional reception, hospitality, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, exhibit outstanding communication capabilities, and demonstrate a commitment to professional growth. Previous experience in hospitality, administrative, or customer service roles is highly advantageous.

Hourly Compensation: Competitive based on experience.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with flexibility). No nights or weekends required.
Responsibilities
The Hospitality and Reception Services Coordinator will be responsible for delivering exceptional reception and administrative support services. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing professional and friendly customer service; engaging with internal and external clients through verbal and written communication.
- Managing hospitality services, including conference room setup and breakdown for meetings and events, arranging furniture, and assisting with catering orders.
- Adhering to business procedure guidelines and taking direction from supervisors.
- Answering phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Responding to emails with the utmost professionalism and customer service.
- Participating in cross-training at the reception desk.
- Maintaining kitchen areas, including stocking supplies and managing beverage kegs.
- Keeping accurate logs and documentation, with a strong attention to detail.
- Following all safety procedures and performing additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the ability to engage confidently with clients and visitors, possess excellent communication skills, and be eager to advance in their career. Other qualifications include:
- High School Diploma or GED required; authorization to work for any employer in the US is necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team; willingness to cross-train for various job functions.
- Ability to meet the employer's attendance policy.
- Capability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally.
