IST Management is in search of a dedicated Client Services and Hospitality Coordinator to enhance our professional environment. Hourly Compensation: Competitive based on experience.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with flexibility). No evening or weekend shifts required.

Responsibilities

The Client Services and Hospitality Coordinator will undertake various tasks, including:

  • Delivering professional and courteous customer service through verbal and written communication with clients and visitors.
  • Managing hospitality services, including conference room setup and breakdown for meetings and events, as well as assisting with catering orders.
  • Adhering to established business procedures and following directions from supervisors.
  • Answering phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Responding to emails with the utmost professionalism and customer service.
  • Participating in cross-training initiatives at the reception desk.
  • Maintaining supply levels in kitchen areas and managing logistics as needed.
  • Keeping accurate logs and documentation with attention to detail.
  • Following all safety protocols and performing additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team; willingness to engage in cross-training for various roles.
  • Ability to adhere to the employer's attendance policy.
  • Capability to lift up to 60 lbs on occasion.
