KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet residents and potential clients warmly, offering refreshments as they arrive.
  • Manage incoming calls, directing them appropriately and addressing inquiries or referring them to relevant team members.
  • Supervise front desk operations to ensure all essential tasks are performed and outstanding service is provided to residents and guests.
  • Maintain a safe and organized reception area by adhering to established procedures and regulations.
  • Utilize MS Word and Outlook proficiently for document creation, email correspondence, and scheduling.
  • Assist with resident transitions, including move-ins and move-outs, while keeping the office calendar updated.
  • Order and manage office supplies as needed.
  • Support filing tasks and maintain an organized filing system.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of office operations.
  • Coordinate and assist with monthly employee meetings.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Outlook.
  • Strong customer service abilities.
  • Experience in a real estate office is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Availability to work up to 40 hours per week, including weekends.
