KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet residents and potential clients warmly, offering refreshments as they arrive.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them appropriately and addressing inquiries or referring them to relevant team members.
- Supervise front desk operations to ensure all essential tasks are performed and outstanding service is provided to residents and guests.
- Maintain a safe and organized reception area by adhering to established procedures and regulations.
- Utilize MS Word and Outlook proficiently for document creation, email correspondence, and scheduling.
- Assist with resident transitions, including move-ins and move-outs, while keeping the office calendar updated.
- Order and manage office supplies as needed.
- Support filing tasks and maintain an organized filing system.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of office operations.
- Coordinate and assist with monthly employee meetings.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Word and Outlook.
- Strong customer service abilities.
- Experience in a real estate office is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Capability to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Availability to work up to 40 hours per week, including weekends.
