Position Summary

The Retail Operations Supervisor is accountable for overseeing the daily functions of the store, ensuring an exceptional experience for both the team and customers. This role involves providing leadership, coaching, and motivation to the retail sales team to achieve optimal customer satisfaction and sales performance. You will cultivate a performance-driven culture that inspires employees to excel and serves as a mentor for their professional growth. Collaborating with fellow store leaders and team members, you will create efficiencies and meet operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and service targets through effective team supervision and performance management.
  • Proactively mentor and develop the store team to excel in their roles.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new hires, ensuring they receive constructive feedback and are aligned with training goals.
  • Maintain store compliance with established planograms and branding standards, ensuring all customer demonstrations are operational.
  • Work closely with the store manager to oversee daily sales floor activities, including staffing, scheduling, and addressing customer concerns.
  • Drive consistency in store operations with a keen focus on back-of-house standards and showroom processes.
  • Enhance operational excellence, particularly in inventory management, by leading inventory cycle counts and ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Analyze store performance reports to identify areas for improvement in sales, inventory, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coach team members on effective product positioning and customer engagement strategies.
  • Ensure all customers receive the highest level of service and professionalism.
  • Stay informed about new products, industry trends, and competitive landscape, sharing insights with the team.
  • Implement cash handling policies and procedures diligently.
  • Utilize available tools to monitor customer feedback and take action to enhance the store experience.
  • Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the market and region.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain active throughout the store.
  • Maintain regular attendance and be available for variable schedules, including nights and weekends.

Education and Experience

A Bachelor's Degree is preferred; however, Comcast will consider candidates with a combination of relevant coursework and experience or extensive professional experience in related fields.
