Position Overview

We are seeking a driven, dependable, and committed individual to take on the role of Manager at our Stuart, FL location. As the Retail Operations Leader, you will hold the primary responsibility for overseeing the store's daily functions and overall performance.

Core Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and guide the sales team, providing the necessary support and training to ensure outstanding customer service and comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Store Operations: Manage the daily operations of the store, including inventory oversight, product display, and maintaining a tidy and organized shopping environment.
  • Customer Engagement: Set the standard for exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Sales Strategy: Play a vital role in reaching sales targets by actively promoting products, engaging in upselling and cross-selling, and analyzing sales data to recommend performance improvement strategies.
  • Product Expertise: Exhibit a thorough understanding of our product range and assist customers in making knowledgeable purchasing choices.
