Essential Duties:
  • Inspire and guide the sales team to achieve or surpass sales objectives.
  • Delegate daily tasks and ensure their completion as the Manager on Duty.
  • Adhere to and enforce company policies and operational guidelines.
  • Ensure the well-being of all pets in the store according to established care protocols.
  • Demonstrate exemplary customer service skills and professionalism.
  • Address team conflicts collaboratively with management.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in retail management or customer service.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Access to a vehicle.
