Position Overview

The Retail Associates play a crucial role in guiding and educating patients with medical cannabis requirements. They are dedicated to delivering patient care with empathy, compassion, and professionalism. By embodying our vision, mission, and values, they ensure that patients receive the appropriate medicinal products that best address their medical conditions.
Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Full Time Retail Associate who shares our commitment to providing high-quality medicine and exceptional patient care. This role is integral to supporting the Company's core values and culture. The Retail Associate collaborates closely with the leadership of the dispensing facility and reports directly to the Retail Operations Manager and Retail Operations Supervisor. The dispensing facility operates seven days a week.

Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):
  • A minimum of three years of experience in retail operations, proficiency with point of sales systems, and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.
  • A strong passion for managing all facets of retail operations, compliance, and inventory management.
  • Outstanding consulting skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities, including active listening.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, along with effective non-verbal communication.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to consistently follow instructions as outlined.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

FLSA status: Non-exempt

Additional Abilities Required:
  • While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods, use hands for manual tasks, and lift or move up to 10 pounds (or more with assistance). Effective verbal communication with co-workers, customers, vendors, etc., is essential. The work environment typically has a moderate noise level.
