Job Description

At Appian Corporation, we're seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you'll be responsible for navigating complex accounts, top of funnel activity, and prospecting while effectively managing a complex sales cycle to a successful close.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Navigate complex sales cycles from start to finish, leveraging internal resources and cross-functional teams to drive success.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to LOB and IT audiences, highlighting the value of Appian's solutions.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with customers and colleagues to drive business growth and success.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to position Appian's solutions effectively.

Requirements:

  • 5-10+ years of direct selling experience, with a minimum of 2 years as an Enterprise Account Executive selling complex technologies at the enterprise level.
  • Consistent quota achievement and a proven track record of landing new customer logos.
  • Strong job tenure and a history of displaying loyalty and perseverance through long, stable job tenure and positive career trajectory.
