Job Summary:

As a Retention Account Executive at DISH, you will play a critical role in influencing existing and future customer decision-making by selling the value of our products and services using a consultative approach. This is a 100% inbound new and existing customers - no cold calling opportunity to develop sales skills and grow a long-term career at a company that generates over $17 billion in revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

- Successfully sell DISH and Boost Mobile products and services to new and existing customers
- Assess each customer's needs and offer the best value
- Demonstrate the ability and resilience to bounce back from challenges and maintain focus on larger goals
- Effectively manage time, open to learning new methods and looking to advance as a sales contributor
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Document customer information including demographic, billing, etc.
- Provide excellent customer service, listen to the customer and ensure their satisfaction
