Job Summary

The Dar Group's Water Sector is seeking a highly skilled Water Engineer to join our team in the design and planning of complex wastewater and stormwater conveyance systems. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our clients and project teams to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop engineering designs and consulting services for complex infrastructure projects, including hydraulic and hydrologic calculations, utility plans, and technical specifications.
  • Manage the preparation of design and construction documents for selected sites, including sewer rehabilitation projects.
  • Participate in team assignments, sometimes in a lead role, and provide peer mentorship to design and consulting staff.
  • Regularly meet and present project deliverables to clients.
Qualifications
  • B.S. degree in Civil Engineering is required; MS degree preferred with 5+ years of experience in water and wastewater engineering consulting.
  • PE license is required, with the ability to reciprocate in DC.
  • Strong client focus, commitment to innovation, and high levels of integrity.
  • Demonstrated experience in collaboration and teamwork, with a commitment to technical excellence.
