The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, focusing on project proposals, client engagement, and strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute water resource projects with a focus on hydraulic and fisheries engineering.
  • Utilize 1D/2D/3D hydraulic modeling techniques to facilitate the planning and execution of projects, including stream rehabilitation, fish passage solutions, and floodplain management.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in water resources, hydraulic, and fisheries engineering.
  • Proficient understanding of hydraulic modeling software such as HEC-RAS and SRH-2D.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Possession of a PE license in the State of Washington.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project), GIS, AutoCAD, and Civil3D.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in leading engineering teams to deliver water resource projects.
  • A network of contacts or a portfolio of clients in various states.
