Position Summary
DHA is currently in search of a Senior Water/Wastewater Engineering Manager with extensive experience in treatment facility and pumping station upgrades for a program management initiative (A). Additionally, we are looking for a professional with expertise in pipeline restoration and diversion strategies for another program management initiative (B).

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive studies and plan capital enhancement projects.
- Provide support for permitting processes and draft Requests for Qualifications/Proposals (RFQ/RFP) for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) and Progressive Design-Build (PDB) contracts.
- Oversee and coordinate designs from external consultants.
- Manage interactions with various stakeholders and ensure effective communication.
- Supervise multiple project timelines and financial plans.
- Review design and construction submissions thoroughly.

Qualifications
- A degree in civil engineering or a related discipline is required.
- Significant engineering design and management experience is essential.
- A Professional Engineering (PE) license is mandatory.
- Knowledge of operational and permitting requirements is crucial.
- Familiarity with trenchless technology for pipeline enhancements, project permitting protocols, and diversion systems (B) is necessary.
- Understanding of water/wastewater design standards is advantageous.
- Experience with CMAR and PDB project delivery methods is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
