Water/Wastewater Project Manager - Delon Hampton & Associates

Delon Hampton & Associates, Chartered (DHA) is in search of a Water/Wastewater Project Manager with expertise in rehabilitation of treatment facilities and pumping stations for a program management initiative.

SALARY RANGE
$50 to $80 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments, strategize capital enhancement projects, and provide support for permitting processes;
  • Draft RFQ/RFPs for Construction Managers at Risk (CMAR) and Progressive Design-Build (PDB) contracts;
  • Oversee designs submitted by external parties;
  • Facilitate project coordination among diverse stakeholders;
  • Manage multiple project timelines and financial plans.

Required Qualifications

  • A degree in civil engineering or a related discipline is essential;
  • Significant engineering design and management experience is required;
  • A Professional Engineering (PE) license is mandatory;
  • Knowledge of operational and permitting standards is necessary;
  • Familiarity with DC Water design specifications is advantageous;
  • Experience with CMAR and PDB project delivery methods is preferred;
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications is required;
  • Experience in wastewater treatment and pumping stations is essential;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
