Position Overview:

At Raytheon Technologies, we are at the forefront of innovation in aerospace and defense. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Senior Analyst in Field Services. This role is pivotal in enhancing our operational capabilities and ensuring the seamless delivery of aftermarket support for our advanced engine programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary liaison for aftermarket support related to F100, F119, and F135 engine programs.
  • Assess pricing requirements, initiate supply chain processes, and monitor progress; this includes executing requests for quotes, conducting thorough quote evaluations, negotiating advantageous pricing, and awarding contracts based on optimal value criteria.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and initiate necessary actions to support these prospects; proficiently analyze supplier pricing data and develop comprehensive Excel evaluations.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance value for both Raytheon Technologies and our customers; possess a foundational understanding of FAR/DFAR acquisition regulations.
  • Effectively collaborate with various internal departments, external suppliers, and business units across all organizational levels.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of purchasing experience; or an advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experience. An Associate's degree with 4+ years or 6+ years of pertinent experience will also be considered.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in leading cross-functional teams and projects; 2+ years' experience in Procurement or Supply Chain is essential.
  • Experience in supporting US Government proposals is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is mandatory, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required, along with the ability to analyze and create complex reports and metrics from ERP data to support decision-making and supplier interactions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with procurement processes related to government contracts is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven track record in enhancing business performance; ability to communicate effectively across multiple disciplines within the Military Engines organization.
  • Capability to initiate, lead, and sustain change initiatives with suppliers.
  • Ability to foster a positive and empowering work environment with colleagues and vendors.
  • Experience with SAP/POWER BI or similar ERP systems is preferred.
Work Environment:

This position is classified as Hybrid, meaning employees will work both onsite and remotely. Responsibilities of the role necessitate regular onsite presence.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is between 64,000 USD and 128,000 USD, reflecting a good faith estimate based on varying experience levels. Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including role responsibilities, candidate experience, location, and education.

Successful candidates may be eligible for a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, 401(k) matching, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, and paid time off. Specific benefits may vary based on the business unit and collective bargaining agreements.
