About the Role:

The Senior Compensation Analyst at Addison Group is responsible for designing and administering competitive compensation programs that align with the organization's strategic goals. This role involves analyzing market data, developing salary structures, and providing insights to support decision-making processes related to employee compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Compensation Programs: Develop and implement compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and performance-based pay, to ensure alignment with the organization's strategic objectives and industry standards.
  • Market Analysis and Benchmarking: Conduct regular market analysis to evaluate the competitiveness of the organization's compensation programs and participate in salary surveys to gather market data and benchmark against industry standards.
  • Compensation Policy Development: Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and refine compensation policies and practices that support the organization's strategic goals.
  • Job Evaluation and Classification: Evaluate and analyze job descriptions to determine appropriate salary levels according to compensation guidelines and market data, and conduct job evaluations to ensure internal equity and consistency across the organization.
  • Compensation Data Analysis: Analyze compensation data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement, and prepare and present reports on compensation trends, market competitiveness, and budget implications.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations, and monitor legislative changes that impact compensation practices and make necessary adjustments.
  • Project Management: Lead and participate in compensation-related projects, such as annual salary reviews, bonus plan implementations, and compensation audits, to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related HR role.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations, proficiency in HRIS and compensation management systems, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work with large data sets.
  • Certification: Certification such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar is a plus.
