Position Title: Senior Tax Compliance Analyst

In the capacity of Senior Tax Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily tax operations for designated legal entities and clients. Your key duties will include coordinating the delivery of tax filing services to Alight clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams regarding tax compliance matters
  • Provide guidance to clients on payroll tax compliance and offer expert knowledge
  • Oversee tax filing vendors to ensure precise and timely service delivery
  • Facilitate testing for updated systems and the onboarding of new clients
  • Address inquiries from client teams and escalate issues as needed
  • Conduct research on compliance and regulatory matters
  • Evaluate performance metrics and identify opportunities for process enhancements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Payroll Tax Compliance
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing client relationships
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and tax compliance software
  • Familiarity with Master Tax and/or ADP Smart Compliance
